Most rigid storage bins are seventeen inches tall and will never fit under a front hood. At eight inches, this one has a real chance. It is also built to be stood on — the lid takes two hundred pounds — which makes it a step as well as a box. Larger Payloaders exist at 64 and 133 litres if the bed rather than the frunk is the target.
