OBDLink MX+ Bluetooth OBD-II Adapter
The adapter EV diagnostic apps actually name in their compatibility lists. Cheap dongles generally cannot read EV battery data at all.
Worth understanding why this costs four times what a generic dongle does. Most EVs do not follow standard OBD-II conventions for battery data — one manufacturer states this outright on its own product page — so reading cell voltages or true state of health requires both a capable adapter and an app with a vehicle-specific profile. The MX+ is the adapter those apps name. Its extra Ford-specific CAN protocols are a reasonable bet on a Ford, though nobody can promise what the Fathom will expose.
